1. Who these terms are with

This website is operated by SYMMETRON 25, full registered company name and legal form, a design-and-construction practice with its registered office at Tsimiski 88, 3rd floor, 546 22 Thessaloniki, Greece, registered with the Greek commercial register under Γ.Ε.ΜΗ. number and VAT number Α.Φ.Μ..

In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” mean SYMMETRON 25; “you” means anyone using this website.

2. Accepting these terms

By using this website you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please stop using the site. We recommend keeping a copy — you can print this page or save it as a PDF.

3. What this website is for

This site presents our practice and our completed and ongoing work. It is published for information. Nothing on it is:

• an offer capable of acceptance, or a commitment to take on any project;
• architectural, engineering, structural, legal or financial advice on which you should act without engaging us or another qualified professional;
• a representation that any particular design, material or approach is suitable for your site, budget or regulatory context.

4. Enquiries and how a contract is formed

Sending an enquiry through this site costs nothing and commits neither of us to anything. We reply to enquiries we can help with, usually within two working days, and we take on a small number of projects each year — so we may decline, and we are not obliged to give a reason.

A contract between us comes into existence only when a written agreement identifying the scope, the fee and the programme has been signed by both parties. Emails exchanged beforehand, quotations, indicative timelines and anything published on this site do not create one.

Please do not send confidential information through the enquiry form. Tell us there is something confidential and we will arrange a proper channel.

5. Visualisations and project information

Some images on this site are photorealistic visualisations — computer-generated renders produced during design, before or during construction. They are marked as such where they appear. Visualisations show design intent. They are not photographs of a finished building, and the built result will differ in details including finishes, colour, planting, furniture, light and surroundings.

Areas, unit counts, storeys, dates and specifications given alongside a project are indicative and correct to the best of our knowledge when published. They may be rounded, may reflect the design rather than the as-built condition, and must not be relied on for any purchase, valuation, planning or investment decision. Where a project is presented as complete, that describes our involvement, not the current condition or ownership of the building.

6. Intellectual property

Everything on this site — the drawings, photographs, visualisations, text, the design of the pages and the underlying code — is owned by us or used with permission, and is protected by Greek Law 2121/1993 on copyright and related rights, and by international copyright law.

You may view the site, and print or download extracts for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not, without our written permission:

• copy, republish, distribute or make our material publicly available;
• use any of it commercially, including in a tender, a planning submission or a marketing document;
• alter it, or remove any credit or notice from it;
• extract it systematically, whether by hand or by automated means, including for the purpose of training a machine-learning model.

SYMMETRON 25 and our emblem are our trade marks. Nothing on the site grants you a licence to use them.

If you believe something here infringes your rights, email us with the details and we will look into it promptly.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the site unlawfully, fraudulently, or to harm anyone;
• submit anything through the enquiry form that is unlawful, defamatory, abusive or infringing, or that impersonates somebody else;
• send unsolicited commercial messages through the form;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its server or any connected system;
• introduce malicious code, or place any unreasonable load on our infrastructure;
• scrape or harvest content or contact details by automated means.

We may withdraw access from anyone who breaches this section, and report conduct we believe to be criminal.

8. Links to other sites

Where we link elsewhere, it is for convenience or attribution. We do not control those sites, do not endorse them, and are not responsible for their content or their handling of your data.

You may link to our home page fairly and lawfully, in a way that does not suggest an association or approval that does not exist. Framing our pages inside another site requires our permission.

9. Availability and changes

We try to keep the site available and accurate, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it, at any time, without notice. Access may also be interrupted for maintenance or for reasons outside our control.

10. Our liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded — including, where you are a consumer, your rights under Greek consumer protection law, which these terms do not affect.

Subject to that, we are not liable for:

• loss of profit, revenue, business, contracts or anticipated savings;
• loss of data, or the cost of restoring it;
• indirect or consequential loss of any kind;
• loss arising from your reliance on information published on this site, rather than on advice we have given you under a signed engagement.

We are not liable for a failure caused by an event beyond our reasonable control.

11. Personal data

We handle personal data as set out in our Privacy Policy, and cookies as set out in our Cookie Policy. Both form part of these terms.

12. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms, and any dispute arising out of them or out of your use of this site, are governed by Greek law. The courts of Thessaloniki have jurisdiction.

If you are a consumer resident in another EU Member State, this does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory provisions of your own country’s law, and you may bring proceedings in the courts of your place of residence.

13. Complaints and dispute resolution

Please raise any complaint with us first, at hello@symmetron25.gr. We will acknowledge it and try to resolve it directly.

Consumers may also use the European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution platform, or contact the Greek Consumer Ombudsman (Συνήγορος του Καταναλωτή), Alexandras Avenue 144, 114 71 Athens, www.synigoroskatanaloti.gr. We are not obliged to participate in alternative dispute resolution, and will say so if we decline.

14. Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms. The version published here when you use the site is the one that applies, and the date at the top tells you when it last changed. Please check it from time to time.

If any provision is found to be unenforceable, the rest continues to apply.
